Eco Quechua Adventures Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
  • Full Payment: Full payment is due 60 days prior to your departure date.
  • Payment Methods: We accept PayPal (with a 6% fee), Western Union, or bank transfer. We do not accept credit card information over the phone or other forms of payment.

Sharing Room Policy

  • Single Supplement: If you choose a single room or cannot find a roommate, a 25% single supplement fee will apply. This fee is refundable if a roommate is found within 30 days of departure.

Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, we may need to modify or cancel your trip. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • 60+ Days Prior to Departure: A full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued.
  • 59-30 Days Prior to Departure: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • 29 Days or Less Prior to Departure: No refunds will be issued.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes in advance.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, and insurance.
  • Guests must be in good physical health to participate in activities.

Important: Baggage Restrictions for Train Travel

  • Carry-on Bag: 1 backpack/bag per person, maximum 11 lbs / 5 kg.
  • Checked Baggage: 1 bag per person, maximum 22 lbs / 10 kg.

  • Excess baggage fees may apply if your luggage exceeds these weight limits.
  • It's recommended to pack light and prioritize essential items. (Back pack or duffle bag are recommended) Please avoid bringing wheeled luggage.
